Speculoos Cheesecake


For the Crust

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp Speculoos Cookie Powder

For the Filling

250g Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)

1/2 cup Speculoos Cookie Butter


1. Mix Speculoos Cookie Powder and butter together.

2. Press base mixture onto cake pan lined with parchment paper.

3. Mix Speculoos Cookie Butter with cream cheese, until mixture is smooth.

4. Slowly fill each cake pan with the cream cheese mixture.

5. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
