Açaí isotonic water

Do you know most commercial isotonic drinks are laden with sugar and unless you did a really intense workout, otherwise you likely put back more calories than what you tried burning for your workout. So why not make your own all natural sugar free isotonic drink to replenish your fluid, essential electrolytes and boost your post workout recovery!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 100g @gratefoodco frozen açaí pulp

  • Coconut water

  • Fresh lemon

  • Pink Himalaya salt

DIRECTIONS

Step 1: Add a pinch of salt to a cup of coconut water

Step 2: Squeeze in fresh lemon juice

Step 3: Drop in your thawed açaí pulp into the mixture and mix well

Step 4: ENJOY!
