Avocado Açaí Chia Parfait



Chia seed pudding (prepare in advance) :

1. Blend all ingredients except chia seeds and pour into serving glass.

2. Whisk in chia seeds

3. Refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight to gel.

Avocado smoothie:

4. Blend all ingredients in blender.


5. Layer up chia seed pudding, Açaí puree and avocado smoothie.

Avocado Smoothie:

1 ripe avocado

1 tbsp raw honey

1 cup unsweetened soy milk

Chia Seed Pudding:

2 cups unsweetened soy milk

2/3 cup  chia seeds

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)

1/4 cup raw honey (optional)
