Açaí Bowl with fruity or nutty toppings

Directions:

1. Run Açaí pack under water for 10-15 seconds to soften it, break it into smaller pieces within the pack. Then, use a knife to slit open the pack from the middle, and pour frozen Açaí chunks into blender.

2. Add Avocado and milk (optional) and start blending.

3. Blend till smooth and pour out the açaí base.

4. Add your nuts and other keto compliant toppings, finish off with a dollop of natural almond butter and enjoy!

 

 

Ingredients:

Açaí Base

1 x 100g Gratefood Co Organic frozen Açaí pulp

1 x Avocado (frozen or room temperature)

Tip: For frozen avocado, add a tablespoon of coconut/nut/diary milk for a creamier texture

Nutty toppings

A handful of your favourite nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts)

1 tbsp cocoa nibs

1 dollop of natural almond butter
